Sautéed Mushrooms

A mixture of five wild and cultivated mushroom species, selected and sautéed with care. Suitable for any use in the kitchen, they are delicious with polenta, as a topping for pizza and bruschetta, and for filling sandwiches, vol-au-vent and rolls.
