Walnut Sauce

Typical Ligurian sauce, made with minced walnuts, olive oil and cheese. An excellent topping for panzarotti, troffie, trenette and spaghetti pasta dishes, it is a fine base for canapés, pizzas, bruschetta and savoury pastries.
